Recruiting position: Vice President of TG
Job Requirements:
1. Fifteen (15) years or more experience in an integrated high-volume Resort, of which at least ten (10) were in a leadership role
2. Effectively communicate in Mandarin and English, in both written and oral forms
3. In-depth knowledge of all disciplines within the division to include, entertainment group operations and regulatory standards & compliance
4. In depth understanding and management of player tracking/rating systems
5. Strong ability to analyze and decipher statistical data
6. Strong interpersonal skills to develop & maintain strong business relationships
7. Maintain an organized and successful operation by proactively identifying the need for change
8. Excellent guest service skills
Job Descriptions: 
1. Preparation of TG department for the pre-opening of the Integrated Resort
2. Work with vendors for TG equipment & accessories while negotiating the best price
3. Coordinate with local regulating body to help shape local regulations 
4. Creating and implementing SOP for the TG department
5. Liaison with in-house VIP & Marketing departments along with Junket Operators
6. Implement procedures: dealing, supervising, managing, "rolling", card room, general TG, software
7. Operate a continuous training facility for TG staff
8. Reviewing entertainment mix
1. Work 9 hours per day and 2 days off per week;
2. Accommodation allowance;
3. Enjoy two sets of round-trip tickets each year;
4. 15 days of annual leave, 10 days of sick leave, and Philippine holidays;
