Renowned Korean Integrated Resort : Head of F&B Operations
Oversees all aspects of the Company's F&B operations of all restaurants within the Hotel and its entities;
Responsible for staff management, product quality, maintaining excellent customer service standards;
Directing the activities and services of all restaurants in the continuing effort to deliver outstanding customer service;
Lead a team of restaurant managers to drive sales revenue, customer service standards and operational efficiency;
Recruiting, retention, training and appraising of talents.
Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar position;
Able to manage multiple restaurants and concepts, Chinese restaurant preferred;
Fluent communicate in the English and Mandarin;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office operation.
