Renowned Korean Integrated Resort : Head of F&B Operations

  • Oversees all aspects of the Company's F&B operations of all restaurants within the Hotel and its entities;
  • Responsible for staff management, product quality, maintaining excellent customer service standards;
  • Directing the activities and services of all restaurants in the continuing effort to deliver outstanding customer service;
  • Lead a team of restaurant managers to drive sales revenue, customer service standards and operational efficiency;
  • Recruiting, retention, training and appraising of talents.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar position;
  • Able to manage multiple restaurants and concepts, Chinese restaurant preferred;
  • Fluent communicate in the English and Mandarin;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office operation.
