Macau Corporate Recruitment : Receptionist

  • Responsible for telephone answering, front desk reception, and answer enquiries.
  • Receive visitors, determine visiting purpose, and lead them to locations.
  • Answer, filter, and transfer calls, provide information (such as: service locations, company employees and service) and message service.
  • Assist in the delivery of documents, send and receive of letters.
  • Support daily administrative work.
Job Requirements:
  • High school graduate or above;
  • One years or above customer service experience;
  • Excellent communication skills, hardworking and cautious;
  • Familiar with computer operation;
  • Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, with basic understanding in English.
  • 5 days working, follow macau government holidays;
  • The company provides medical insurance.
