Responsible for telephone answering, front desk reception, and answer enquiries.
Receive visitors, determine visiting purpose, and lead them to locations.
Answer, filter, and transfer calls, provide information (such as: service locations, company employees and service) and message service.
Assist in the delivery of documents, send and receive of letters.
Support daily administrative work.
High school graduate or above;
One years or above customer service experience;
Excellent communication skills, hardworking and cautious;
Familiar with computer operation;
Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, with basic understanding in English.
5 days working, follow macau government holidays;
