Macau Corporate Recruitment : Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for telephone answering, front desk reception, and answer enquiries.
- Receive visitors, determine visiting purpose, and lead them to locations.
- Answer, filter, and transfer calls, provide information (such as: service locations, company employees and service) and message service.
- Assist in the delivery of documents, send and receive of letters.
- Support daily administrative work.
Job Requirements:
- High school graduate or above;
- One years or above customer service experience;
- Excellent communication skills, hardworking and cautious;
- Familiar with computer operation;
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, with basic understanding in English.
