Job Requirements:
- Experience in real estate finance, with full experience in financial processes of major project ;
- Familiar with the three old transformation, industrial parks, debt and asset processing;
- Work experience in state-owned enterprises of Guangdong Province and understand the management modes of them.
Salary and benefits:
- Salary is negotiable, including meals, accommodation not included;
- Working hours: 8:30-12:00, 13:30-18:00,
- Holiday: Alternate saturday-off, national holidays.
