Macau Star Graded Hotel : Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, listen to various opinions and suggestions;
  • Assist departments to maintain good relationship between hotel and the guests;
  • Introduce and promote the hotel's services to guests;
  • Supervise and guide the work of the staff in all departments at the lobby;
  • Discover problems and ask for top managements for solutions.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Professional image, strong sense of hotel management, public, overall sales,  and training awareness;
  • Understand the operational procedures of each department;
  • At least 3 years hotel Asst. Manager experience;
  • Able to communicate in both Chinese and English.
 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary is negotiable;
  • Company provides accommodation and meals;
  • Working hours: 8 hours/day, 1 day off/week, 6 leaves/year, the rest are in accordance with Macao labor laws.
 
Working location: Macau Taipa
