Handle customer inquiries and complaints, listen to various opinions and suggestions;
Assist departments to maintain good relationship between hotel and the guests;
Introduce and promote the hotel's services to guests;
Supervise and guide the work of the staff in all departments at the lobby;
Discover problems and ask for top managements for solutions.
Professional image, strong sense of hotel management, public, overall sales, and training awareness;
Understand the operational procedures of each department;
At least 3 years hotel Asst. Manager experience;
Able to communicate in both Chinese and English.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary is negotiable;
Company provides accommodation and meals;
Working hours: 8 hours/day, 1 day off/week, 6 leaves/year, the rest are in accordance with Macao labor laws.
