VIP SERVICES HOST 
Responsibilities:
  • Maintains relationship with VIP patrons;
  • Deliver professional customer services to VIP guests;
  • Assist in different kinds of reservation, such as hotel room, transportation, gaming and dining arrangements;
  • Cooperate with other departments to meet the guests’ requirements.
 
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in similar scope is preferred;
  • Tertiary level education is preferred;
  • Proficient in verbal and written English, ability to speak/write in foreign language is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
 
 
ACCOUNT MANAGER (ASIA PREMIUM MARKETING)
Responsibilities:
  • Promotes VIP services and products for premium customers;
  • Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered;
  • Knowledgeable of events happening inside the property and around the Philippines;
  • Performs other tasks assigned by the chief;
  • Recommends and/or executes management policies.
 
Requirements:
  • Experience in a hosting & customer service is required;
  • Knowledgeable in Asian culture;
  • College graduates and above are preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in 3 languages –English/Chinese/Japanese/Korean;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Has leadership skills in customer service.
 
 
HOST (SOUTHEAST ASIA MARKETING)
Responsibilities:
  • Promotes VIP services and products for premium customers;
  • Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered;
  • Knowledgeable of events happening inside the property and around the Philippines;
  • Performs other tasks assigned by the executive manager;
  • Recommends and/or executes management policies.
 
Requirements:
  • Experience in a hosting & customer service is required;
  • College graduates and above are preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in 3 languages –English/Chinese/Japanese/Korean;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Has leadership skills in customer service.
 
 
VIP HOTEL BUTLER
Responsibilities:
  • In full control and ensure that the conditions of the butler pantry is well maintained and equipped;
  • Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the Hotel
  • Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems.
  • Supports all other Front Office sections during peak periods.
  • Assists Management in greeting, rooming and sending off of VIP guests.
  • Ensures that all Butler equipment is accounted for and are always in good condition.
  • Perform related duties and special projects assigned.
 
Requirements:
  • Customer service and/or hospitality experience is essential.
  • Certificate or above qualification is an advantage.
  • Relevant training in food & beverage is preferred.
 
 
WAITER
Responsibilities:
  • Provide catering services to customers;
  • Keep the dining area and equipment clean and tidy;
  • Prepare utensils and other equipment for use.
 
Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience is required;
  • English & Korean speaking is required.
