At least 18 years progressive work experience within a hotel’s engineering or department, the last 5 years in a senior management or leadership position and at least 1 pre-opening experience of a resort or hotel.
Must have proven leadership experience in a hotel’s engineering operations.
Experience in budget management, an advantage.
Strong background in project planning and able to prioritize projects / tasks.
Successful in creating an excellent team around the company’s core values.
Strong self-sufficiency standards with PC working from varied bases.

OEI Targets (Unifocus and Peer Review)
Departmental Profit or not to exceed budgeted costs
Successful execution of contractual requirements / Third party contract management
Utility cost containment
To ensure the FCS targets of Maintenance are met and exceed for both Guest and Back of House areas
