1. Project Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Formulate annual sales planning;
  • Assist in marketing strategy formulation and pricing proposal;
  • Implement approved sales planning, and return estate sales fund;
  • Maintain and manage customer relationship;
  • Sales team training & management;
  • Expand customer tunnels, integrate customer resources;
  • Complete assigned task assigned by the head.
 
Requirements:
  • Full-time College graduated, major is not limited;
  • At minimum 6 years of large estate project sales and management experience, 3 years or above experience in similar position, had excellent sales experience in handling large estate project.
  • Strong ability in expanding, organizing, cooperating, communicating, and leading, excellent interpersonal and social abilities.
  • Rich experience in estate sales and management, familiar with the relevant policies and laws and regulations of the estate industry, proficient in the estate marketing management workflow, and have experience in the whole process of marketing planning management of estate projects.
  • Can withstand work stress, good mental and physical quality, work rigorous, responsible, proactive, high executive ability.
 
 
2. Sales Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • Manage front-line sales staff, coordinate sales staff relationships, organize sales staff training, and provide guidance to their daily work;
  • According to specific conditions of the estate, report sales situation and problems to the head regularly and make favorable suggestions;
  • Collect and organize relevant estate sales information, make statistics weekly or monthly;
  • Complete assigned task assigned by the head.
 
Job Requirements:
 
  • Full-time College graduated, major is not limited;
  • At minimum 3 years of large estate project sales and management experience, 1 years or above experience in similar position, had excellent sales experience in handling large estate project.
  • Strong ability in expanding, organizing, cooperating, communicating, and leading, excellent interpersonal and social abilities.
  • Rich experience in estate sales and management, familiar with the relevant policies and laws and regulations of the estate industry,
  • Can withstand work stress, good mental and physical quality, work rigorous, responsible, proactive, high executive ability.
 
 
3. Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
  • Handling first-hand estate sales, provide overall professional property services to customers;
  • Expand market and tunnels, develop, maintenance and management of customer resources.
  • Carry out sales activities in respond to the project plan and complete sales target;
  • Understand the real estate market, surrounding market of the project and the competing dynamics of products, provide fastest information for the company.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Full-time College graduated, major is not limited; applicant with estate sales experience is preferred’
  • Have passion in sales work, hard-working, proactive and have strong sense of responsibility;
  • High sense of purpose, willing to challenge, strong execution ability and resistance to pressure;
  • Good image quality, affinity, and communication skills, excellent team spirit and customer service awareness.
