The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives. The successful individual will have autonomy to drive initiatives from inception through delivery to optimization.
Design, build and execute ad hoc and recurring CRM campaigns across all channels;
Work with internal teams and vendors to deliver experimentation roadmap;
Monitor, report and ideate to improve digital performance: conversion KPI' s, product, SEO, content marketing effectiveness, etc
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors
The ideal candidate will have superior analytical skills, first class experience in digital best practices, and can formulate strategies to exceed commercial targets.
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
Three or more years working as a marketing project manager or digital producer for an online brand;
Experience managing concurrent projects or activities in an agile environment;
Strong personal and team leadership skills, including career development and recruitment;
Strong grasp of lifecycle marketing and optimisation;
Experience working across the entire digital marketing mix, including CRM, SEO, paid, social, affiliate, combined with strong campaign management experience including email, SMS and push;
Strong vendor management skills;
Naturally curious, with experience leveraging analytics and other data to guide your decision making;
Passionate, motivated and with high attention to detail;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
Sound commercial judgement.
