The Digital Producer is responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives. The successful individual will likely leverage a wide range of skills that may include a combination of analysis, UX, content management and project management.
Managing multiple, concurrent online marketing projects and activities under the direction of the program manager;
Build ad hoc and recurring CRM campaigns, including CMS landing pages;
Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure deliverables are achieved within the required timeframes, and to the required quality and budget guidelines;
Monitor, report and ideate to improve digital performance: conversion KPI' s, product, SEO, content marketing effectiveness, etc;
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of digital best practices, with experience across one or more digital fields including analysis, UX, content management, coding, marketing operations, optimisation and project management. You may be described as both creative and technical.
To be considered for this role, you should possess most of the following skills and experience:
Three or more years working as a digital producer or similar for an online brand;
Experience delivering projects or activities in an agile environment;
Experience working across different digital marketing areas, that may include CRM, SEO, paid, social, affiliate or campaign management;
Experience managing vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver;
An understanding of how to use data to improve your work;
Passionate, motivated and with high attention to detail;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
