Company Recruitment : Human Resource Department – Senior Manager / Employee Relationship Assistant
1. Senior Manager
Manage all kind of HR works, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits management, employee attendance, employee relations and other human resource management responsibilities;
Uniform management of employees in all divisions, VIP rooms and partner VIP rooms;
All departments, group meetings arrangement and follow-up meeting record;
Follow up with the staff meal, including the provision of suppliers, follow-up of meal delivery and review of staff meals monthly statements.
Handling with labor insurance, submission of various government forms;
Handling with labor complaints from Labor Affairs Bureau;
Handling administration work of the company, including office equipment maintenance and repair, air-conditioning maintenance and pest control;
Handling with overseas staff quotas related works, including applying quotas from the Human Resources Office and coordinate relevant procedures at the Immigration Office.
Has a neat and positive appearance, approachable and proactive
At least 5 years of experience in HR department, of which 3year as management level
Excellent leadership, organizational skills, and communication skills
Fluent speaking of Mandarin, Cantonese and English;
Bachelor Degree or above (Candidates with HR Diploma is preferred)
Excellent Chinese & English communication and writing skills.
2. Employee Relationship Assistant
Diplomas of social work, counseling or psychology are preferred;
To assist in information collection, data organization and analysis;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently;
Good command of writing and speaking in Chinese and English
Familiar with documents processing (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Candidates with related experience are preferred.
