(Manila) Business Development Department – VIP Executive Assistant
Responsibility:
  • Handle customers and agents inquiries
  • Maintain good and regular relationship with customers and agents
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers and agents
  • Develop relationship with potential / new customer and agents and introduce Business Development services
  • Seek opportunities to increase customers and agents rolling
  • Assist customers and agents in booking requirements
  • Handle various needs of customers and agents so that they can feel at ease.
  • Coordinate events organized / sponsored by company and invite customers and agents to attend
  • Pay attention to upcoming concerts, performances, conventions and events in Macao. Regularly update guests and agents information and ask if they are interested in participating.
  • Prepare birthday gift.
  • Prepare new shareholders’ contracts, meet them and explain in detail, help all shareholders
  • Handle guest and agent complains and resolve it to their satisfaction
  • Collate and analyze guest and agent gaming statistics, preferences and relevant information
  • Ensure department system and reports are accurate and updated.
  • Any other tasks assigned by head or director of the department.
 
Requirements:
  • At minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel or entertainment business
  • Demonstrated abilities in building strong professional relationships and establishing suitable supporting networks
  • Confident, independent and self-motivated
  • Excellent and professional verbal and written communications in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work shifts
  • Have proven accountability when working with confidential information.
  • Possess excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.
  • Get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team.
  • Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
  • Have a well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills to manage several tasks at once, meticulous in details
  • Diploma / Degree holder in Event Management / Guest Services or related disciplines
 
(Manila) Business Development Department – Planning Assistant
 
 
Responsibility:
  • Assist on staff on-site deployment planning and reports
  • Assist on handling guest and agents inquiries
  • Provide support to on-site colleagues on guest needs
  • Update assignment list of Business Development colleagues
  • Ensure department system reports and information are updated
  • Coordinate guests entertainment
  • Coordinate with External Party for all ticket requests
  • Collate and analyze guest and agent gaming statistics, preferences and relevant information
  • Analyze and improve department productivity and standards
  • Communicate company / event updates to team to inform guests
  • Follow-up on guests status updates
  • Update department’s staff record (staff passport)
  • Be aware of concerts, shows, special events upcoming in Macau and coordinate with relevant colleagues to ask if guest and agents are interested to attend
  • Assist with events organized / sponsored by company and invite guest and agents to attend
  • Pre event planning & post event analysis
  • Identify opportunities to increase guest and agent rolling
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Department Head / Manager / Assistant Manager / Superiors
Requirements:
  • At minimum 2 years of work experience in similar capacity; exposure in hotel and / or gaming business required
  • Demonstrated abilities in building strong professional relationships and establishing suitable supporting networks
  • Confident, independent and self-motivated
  • Excellent and professional verbal and written communications in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work shifts
