1. VIP Host
Responsibilities:
- Take the initiative to communicate with the guests, understand the guests' itinerary, needs and habits, and provide intimate service;
- Reporting incidents, guest complaints and requests to superiors;
- Familiar with the facilities around the venue.
2. Cage Cashier
Responsibilities:
- Exchanging chips, understanding chips from different company, and to idenity it's authenticity;
- Counting money, to identify the authenticity of coins.
- Manage guest accounts: Assist clients with enquiries, operations and billing;
- Daily work Handover with colleague: including settlement of chips, cash and follow-up other works;
- Assist the Supervisor in other task.
* Company provides accommodation and meal allowance, arriving and returning tickets, company transportation, etc.
