Responsibilities:
  • Provide online customer service;
  • Listen and respond promptly to resolve member's questions;
  • Provide customers with accurate information, answering questions, and effectively handle customer complaints;
  • Establish good relationships with customers to maintain their loyalty;
  • Provide product-related information and application assistance;
  • Actively provide customers with promotions and product services.
