Responsibilities:
- Provide online customer service;
- Listen and respond promptly to resolve member's questions;
- Provide customers with accurate information, answering questions, and effectively handle customer complaints;
- Establish good relationships with customers to maintain their loyalty;
- Provide product-related information and application assistance;
- Actively provide customers with promotions and product services.
